As a WMCO developer I would like our e2e deployments to use RunTimeClasses rather than directly using Taints and Tolerations for provide scheduling hints for Windows workloads
Acceptance criteria
- RuntimeClasses should be used in the e2e tests instead of tolerations and nodeSelectors
