• 19 old static YAML files removed
• Only 4 Go templates remain in testdata/winc/
• README.md updated with new usage patterns
• Code examples in README
• 23 → 4 files (83% reduction achieved)
• PR submitted to openshift-tests-private
• PR reviewed and merged
