      As part of the OKR 1, we need to migrate the Windows container workflow into Prow CI. This objetive requires the creation of a set of workflows that will allow deploying a cluster in all different cloud providers (being GCP the priority), integrate those clusters in the openshift-tests-private config jobs and then make the workflow available in the cluster-ci-bot.
