Description

We need to release FBCs for all supported streams of WMCO through konflux at the same time as it is a required part of the transition to konflux.
This includes WMCO v7,v9,v10.15,v10.16,v10.17.

The FBCs can reference the images that were released through CPaaS. We do not need to build and ship new WMCO operator and bundle images.

Communication from the konflux team:

Metaxor does not support Konflux content, hence as a results, once a team publish an image to the registry.redhat.io to a specific container repository, any images published to exactly the same repository via legacy build pipelines won't appear in the RHEC (https://catalog.redhat.com). Such a situation can appear in multi streams products, when only one (usually latest) stream is migrated to Konflux and other streams remain in the legacy pipelines.

• FBCs for WMCO v7, v9, v10.15, v10.16, and v10.17 are released through konflux
