Release issue for release of version 7.2.1 of Red Hat OpenShift support for Windows Containers.

Perform the steps outlined in the "Preparing the release for testing" section of the Releasing the Red WMCO guide.

This is a clone of the original release task because the errata was moved back to NEW FILES to allow the bundle to be updated to support upgrading from the 7.2.0 hotfix.
