A hotfix needs to be released to give an early release of 7.2.1.

The bundle version for the hotfix bundle should be named something along the lines of: 7.2.0-hotfix-ocpbugs28254
The v7.2.1 bundle needs to be changed to include a skip for 7.2.0-hotfix-ocpbugs28254.

This should be manually tested before creating the new hotifx errata, to ensure that by following the process, a user is able to cleanly upgrade from 7.2.0 -> hotfix -> 7.2.1. This means that 2 custom operator indexes need to be created, one that includes 7.2.0 and 7.2.1, and one that includes the hotfix. The person doing this ticket will then follow the process of changing the operator subscription to the hotfix catalog source, and then back to the "GA" catalogsource, in order to ensure the upgrade occurs smoothly. Automatic upgrades can be turned off in the subscription to help this process.

Acceptance criteria:

• There is an upgrade path from 7.2.0 -> hotfix -> 7.2.1
