Description

OCP 4.11 is EOL as of 2/10. WMCO v6.y.z, which targets 4.11, is EOL the same day. The EOL process should be followed to decommission this version.

• The process in the above linked doc should have any unclear information sorted out, and the process should be finalized.
• All resources around building and distributing WMCO v6.y.z are cleaned up
