In the 1.32.0 OSDK upgrade, the kube-rbac-proxy image was updated, but we are not currently deploying the sidecar container

This ticket requires we check if we need to deploy the sidecar container.

      Acceptance criteria

If needed, create a PR that deploys the sidecar container.

If not needed, then any image references to kube-rbac-proxy can be dropped such as in:

      config/default/manager_auth_proxy_patch.yaml: https://github.com/openshift/windows-machine-config-operator/pull/1912/commits/0d4ece8fb919b3297a68bf8cbbe0e077455f5076
