This spike is about validating that network traffic from a Windows workload goes through user-configured proxy, in a cluster with a cluster-wide proxy enabled (where the Windows node is configured by WMCO to have proxy vars and certs set).
Consider discussing with the network-edge team to see how the Linux side would do this.

The output of this story should be:

• manual verification that Windows workload traffic goes through proxy properly - both http and https requests
• investigation whether such a test can be added to CI and any follow-up story created
