Description

Remove AWS platform support documentation and AWS CI jobs from WMCO 5.x/4.10. AWS no longer has Windows images with docker pre-installed available, which is a pre-requisite for WMCO on 4.10 and below.
 

Engineering Details

We might have to move the upgrade job to run on a different infrastructure (vSphere). Otherwise we will need to remove it entirely.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update WMCO repo docs to remove AWS as a supported platform, if needed
• Disable CI jobs for AWS on 4.10
