      As a WMCO developer I would like WICD to watch config files, so that it can revert user added changes to the file

      Description

      The kubelet, CNI and containerd configuration files are not watched by WICD allowing a user to update. The only time they get reverted is when a node is upgraded. WICD should also take ownership of thest files.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Unauthorized configuration file changes are reverted by WICD
