Description

In order to enable the use of CSI plugins on Windows pods, CSI Proxy must be built as part of the payload and ran as a service on each Windows node.

Acceptance Criteria

• csi-proxy is added to the windows-services ConfigMap, and runs on each Windows node configured by WMCO.
• vSphere CSI drivers can be deployed on Windows nodes, allowing for Windows pods to use vSphere persistent storage.
• csi-proxy logs are captured by must-gather
