As an OpenShift user, I want my Windows nodes to run containerd v1.7.0 so that I can take advantage of the latest features like host process containers.
Description
Update the containerd submodule to v1.7.0 and hcsshim to v0.10.0-rc.7
Engineering details
Regenerate the config file and ensure we are not enabling any preview features.
Acceptance Criteria
- Windows nodes use containerd v1.7.0 and hcsshim v0.10.0-rc.7
