Description

This story covers creating a new proxy test workflow and optional e2e job to run against the WMCO repo. The existing WMCO test suite should run on an underlying vSphere cluster with a cluster-wide proxy configured.

Engineering Details

For testing, we will create a new workflow in the release repo to test on vSphere using existing steps:

- ipi-install-vsphere
Test:
- windows-e2e-operator-test-with-custom-vxlan-port

Acceptance Criteria

An optional e2e test is added for master/release-4.14 that creates a cluster with a cluster-wide proxy on vSphere
