Adjust quickstarts to use channel manifest introduced in EAP7-2005

During EAP7-2005 work it was identified that EAP8 Quickstarts need to adjust to use channel manifest

Quickstart work was explicitely marked as outside of the scope of RFE EAP7-2005 and identified that it should be done in scope of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/EAP7-2033. This issue is to track that work.

Expected changes:

• EAP8 Beta version used, which does not reflect changes from EAP7-2005 https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-quickstarts/blob/8.0.x/ee-security/pom.xml#L49. E.g. In OS TS currently used `1.0.0.Beta9-redhat-20230424v2`
• https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-quickstarts/blob/8.0.x/ee-security/pom.xml#L210 Beta channel used. EAP8 GA channel manifest should be used instead.
