Sync location of jboss-cert-helper binary in Insights java client and installation of this binary from EAP RPM

      By default Java Insight client expects location of jboss-cert-helper binary in 

      /opt/jboss-cert-helper

      However jboss-cert-helper binary from RPM (https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=2424025) is installed under 

      /opt/rh/eap7/root/opt/jboss-cert-helper/jboss-cert-helper-1.0.0.Beta2-redhat-00001-linux-x86_64.bin

      Those locations must be the same.
