      The jboss-cert-helper binary installed from RPM under /opt/rh/eap7/root/opt/jboss-cert-helper/jboss-cert-helper-1.0.0.Beta2-redhat-00001-linux-x86_64.bin is missing executable and SUID bit.

      It should look like: 

      # ll /opt/rh/eap7/root/opt/jboss-cert-helper/jboss-cert-helper-1.0.0.Beta2-redhat-00001-linux-x86_64.bin
