Files with .glnew suffix can be replaced during the update without any confirmation

Steps to reproduce:

• Install EAP
• start standalone.sh and stop it, so "./standalone/configuration/logging.properties" would be changed
• Update EAP through prospero, "logging.properties.glnew" would be created
• Update "logging.properties.glnew" file with custom changes
• Update EAP through prospero again, original "logging.properties.glnew" with custom changes are removed without any confirmation from user, new "logging.properties.glnew" file is created
