Failed transactions saved in the Narayana object store are not available during import

    Description

      As described at JBEAP-8635 the periodic recovery initiated from server1 aiming to commit SubordinateXAResource pointing to server2 could not work when transaction was removed (e.g. because of server crash) from map of active transactions.

      When commit/rollback is invoked on SubordinateXAResource pointing to TransactionServerChannel (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEAP-8635?focusedCommentId=13407358#comment-13407358) it should try to search the object store when fails to find it in the map.
