Include arm64/aarch64 native in the WildFly OpenSSL releases

    Description

      Currently, for WildFly OpenSSL releases, we only perform native builds on Windows, Linux, and Mac. WildFly OpenSSL already has a linux-aarch64 module that can be used to build the aarch64 binary for libwfssl.so. We would need to determine how to get access to an aarch64 environment.
