Although one can configure/assemble multiple deployments using WildFly Maven Plugin  + some extra plugins, there is a need for the deployments to be known by the  WildFly Maven Plugin in order for Glow support to scan them and generate the set of Galleon layers/feature-packs required to execute them all.
