The ApplicationImageMojo.image parameter is a complex ApplicationImageInfo object. Complex objects do not document well with standard plugin documentation. The parameters in the ApplicationImageInfo should be moved to the ApplicationImageMojo and documented. The ApplicationImageInfo should be deprecated. However, we may just lower the visibility to package-private if we need it.
