The add-resource goal has a <beforeAdd/> and <afterAdd/> configuration option to execute commands. The execute-commands should be used instead.

Note this is kind of a cheat since these options were deprecated in the last version of 1.2.3.Final with WFMP-109. However it's desired to start clean with 2.0.0 and removing them now seems like the correct move forward. It also will help with WFMP-62 which as the original start of cleaning up deprecated options.
