Upgrade Weld to 3.0.3.Final and enable CDI-API bridge

    Description

      Weld 3.0.3.Final will be released in coming days.
      This version, along with some changes on WFLY side, is needed to make the CDI multiversion real (EE 7 and 8 switching).

      I'll send the WFLY changes along with component upgrade.
