Management Console "Add" button for http/ajp connector does not work if there are no server groups configured

      To reproduce the issue with default domain.xml:

      1. remove all server-groups
      2. restart JBoss
      3. try to add new http/ajp connector with Management Console

    Description

      If there are no server group configured for any profile the "Add" button (Subsystems -> Web -> Servlet/HTTP) for all profiles does not work and any error message is sent to web interface.
