Errai QuickStart modifies source tree

      In current Quickstarts master, the Errai QS, after built, adds these files:

      # On branch master
# Untracked files:
#       helloworld-errai/src/main/gwt-unitCache/
#       helloworld-errai/src/main/webapp/HelloWorldApp/
#       helloworld-errai/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/deploy/

      The build should be configured so they end up in `target/`, or at least we should ignore these files in `.gitignore`.
