Setting PicketBox or Elytron security domain should be mutually exclusive

messaging-activemq subsystem should allow only PicketBox or Elytron security domain to be configured but not both. Artemis should not start with this configuration and also this should be checked in CLI when configuring it.

Attribute security-domain should be marked as deprecated as it's setting PicketBox legacy security-domain.
