      How reproducible:
      10%, with higher CPU load or slower machine

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. ./integration-tests.sh -Dts.noSmoke -Dts.basic -Dtest=PersistentIntervalTimerManagementTestCase

      Actual results:
      Timer should fire twice! expected:<2> but was:<3>
