IllegalStateException in ApplicationSecurityDomainService#initialSecurityHandler when loginConfig is null

      The following IllegalStateException occurs when attempting to deploy an application that doesn't specify the login-config:

       java.lang.IllegalStateException: WFLYUT0084: No authentication mechanisms have been selected.
