Section EE.3.7. describes a new password aliasing facility for the DataSourceDefinition, JMSConnectionFactoryDefinition, and MailSessionDefinition annotations and their corresponding XML descriptor types. Track this spec item and implement the feature using our existing password vault functionality if possible.
