After removing property empty properties tag left in xml cofiguration and server cannot run more.

      1. Run unsecured EAP 7.0.0 DR8 in standalone mode with standalone-full-ha profile.
      2.In configuration, subsystems ,IIOP try to create(add) property.
      3.Reload
      4.Try to remove property.
      5.Reload server failed. Cannot run because of </properties> tag in xml configuration.

      When in IIOP configuration is new property added and server is reloaded, then after removing property and reloading server, server cannot run more because of empty </properties> tag in xml configuration of profile.
