Extract Infinispan ServiceName factories into separate module

Modules that wish to reference Infinispan caches or cache managers currently need to import the entire infinispan subsystem module just generate the appropriate ServiceNames. This pulls in a ton of dependencies. These should reside in a separate module from the extension.
