Expose a message endpoint proxy containing all bean methods as per EJB_SPEC-60

http://java.net/jira/browse/EJB_SPEC-60 proposes an improved style for specifying the contract between a RA and MDB. It would allow the RA to have access to the EJB class itself.

While that in itself is not possible without a JCA update it is possible for the RA to load up the EJB class and invoke upon the proxy using bean methods with some minor alterations.
