WildFly breaks utf-8 encoded strings in x-www-form-urlencoded

      HTTP clients don't send the charset definition in a Content-Type header during form posting. The undertow-core library assume ISO-8859-1 as default encoding for x-www-form-urlencoded requests. Therefore a javaee application can't receive correct non-english characters.
