The test case makes assumption that FS lock is released by the WF process on reload and that the file is deletable, which is not a reliable assumption on Windows OS.

Raising against WildFly Core as this is failing after the BruteForceAuthentication work was merged to WildFly Core - the test passes on Linux but there is some interaction on Windows.

This test passes on WildFly without the BruteForceAuthentication protection so highly likely it is related.
