There is a ProvisioningConsistencyBaseTest and two ProvisioningConsistencyTestCase tests. One for wildfly-ee and one for wildfly-expansion. These tests are used to compare the output of provisioning from the galleon-maven-plugin and the wildfly-maven-plugin. Given we don't always use the latest version of these plugins in WildFly, it doesn't make sense for these tests to live there.

The tests should be moved to the wildfly-maven-plugin itself.
