During Phase.CLEANUP the EE subsystem removes DeploymentUnit attachments used during deploy, including the EEModuleDescription.
However, since EEModuleDescription is referenced by ComponentDescription, any component that that references its description will prevent GC of the EEModuleDescription following Phase.CLEANUP.
