The org.jgroups.protocols.FILE_PING#register_shutdown_hook defaults to true, which means all of these protocols are registering a shutdown hook.

Which is problematic as we control shutdown ourselves and always disconnect so we do not need a shutdown hook in a managed container.

We could update all loadable protocols in jgroups-defaults.xml to NOT register it.
