After upgrading WildFly from 30.0.1.Final to 38.0.1.Final, timer service load slower more than 10s

      After upgrading the WildFly from 30.0.1.Final to 38.0.1.Final, the timer service loading time is longer than before.

      Please check the starting time in each phase in below figure.
