Use SnapshotRestoreSetupTask- not to be confused with SnapshotServerSetupTask; SnapshotRestoreSetupTask that takes a snapshot when the test starts, and then restores it at the end.

Downside: always needs a reload

Upside: development speedup - significantly simpler server setup tasks, less LOC, changing default configuration does not need to be updated in tests which is easy to omit

Alternatively, modify ManagementServerSetup task to automatically restore if there are no teardown steps?
