WildFly no longer builds with concurrent maven build

      Not reliable and defeats the purpose mostly, but use lower concurrency level sometimes works.

      Concurrent builds got broken again.

      This is a significant hindrance to developer productivity working on a lot of different WildFly branches (like myself).
