The testsuite/integration/manualmode-expansion pom has a wildfly-maven-plugin execution that provisions a 'wildfly-from-channel' installation that is not used in any test.

It's a leftover from before WFLY-19221 when the official dist was built with galleon-maven-plugin and we created a different dist in the testsuite using wildfly-maven-plugin. WFLY-19221 switched that but left an unused wildfly-from-channel execution behind.
