For WildFly 38 Beta in WFLY-16576 we removed the org.bouncycastle module. But then we discovered the keycloak-saml-adapter-feature-pack was still referencing it. So for WildFly 38 Final we reverted that in WFLY-20999.

This is to revert the revert, once RHBK-3493 is resolved and released and the updated FP is available for use with WF.
