The WFLY-19954 tests should be in testsuite/preview/expansion and not 'basic' as they test 'expansion' functionality.

Their presence in 'basic' requires that 'basic' use the preview-expansion bom for dependency management, not the preview-ee it would normally use.

The 'ee' vs 'expansion' distinction is somewhat artificial for WF Preview, as it uses a single feature pack, not two. But organizing things as if the distinction is in place makes it easier to promote content to standard WildFly.
