We've started seeing an intermittent pattern of 3 CI failures in CommandDispatcherTestCase:

It's possible it has something to do with the Netty upgrade in https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/19180. I see now the first failure was on that PR and subsequent failures were after that PR was merged to main.
