The org.jboss.resteasy.cdi module and the {{org.jboss.resteasy.resteasy-client-microprofile} both require dependencies on Weld. They use reflection to do some lookup of data on Weld proxies. While it would be ideal to not require this, for now it's required. The two modules don't have all the dependencies required and need to be updated.
