In https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/commit/8f303e329d3d5cb3719e62d7b1e26613670fe815#diff-ddf2b5f8c24100616b8d624f9b59db70472278e7e5a009543c3dcb7db6ea6970 we added a workaround for some Soteria behavior. But not long thereafter, with https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/soteria/pull/243, they removed the need for the workaround. So we can drop it.

Note that with WFLY-19970 we found a different need for the basic workaround, so the bulk of it will remain. We can just drop the Soteria check.
