There are a number of WildFly-related sites, most of which are jekyll-based. While capable, jekyll tends to be slow to be updated, and maintaining a working Ruby environment has proven challenging. There is a new(ish) static site generator, Roq, which is built on top of Quarkus. It offers faster processing and an environment more familiar to the Java developers in the WF community. We should investigate migrating our sites to Roq. Doing so would – in theory – greatly simplify site updates and lower the barrier for entry to making changes.
