Currently only the Java platform-mbean and Wildfly subsystem MBeans can be accessed from CLI.

When an application defines an MBean you cannot access it from CLI.

It should be possible to access the whole JMX tree from CLI to enable admins to modify applications via their JMX beans.

      • jconsole needs a gui and is usually not available on servers, neither access for a remote jconsole
      • Admins are used to CLI
