A followup of Future of WildFly App Development (2026..?), we should get the following subtasks done to improve the WildFly documentation related with app development:

• Integrate WildFly Application Development Book in the wildfly/wildfly docs module
• Replace any link to https://docs.wildfly.org/37/Getting_Started_Developing_Applications_Guide.html , which content is all outdated, with a link to the WildFly Application Development Book
• Delete https://docs.wildfly.org/37/Getting_Started_Developing_Applications_Guide.html , and any related doc such as the one in extras content
• Replace any link to https://docs.wildfly.org/37/Quickstarts.html or the quickstarts repo, with a link to https://docs.wildfly.org/quickstart
• Delete the no longer referenced https://docs.wildfly.org/37/Quickstarts.html
